Only cats from the same household can share boarding units.

Collection/Delivery of cats by appointment only. Please ensure your cat is transported in a secure/safe container or carrier.

A full day's boarding is charged for the days of arrival and departure to allow for cleaning, disinfection and preperation of chalets.

A £5.00 deposit is required with booking, to be deducted from final bill. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation of a booking unless your chalet is re-let.

During busy times such as Christmas and Easter the minimum period of boarding will be 3 days.
